Caleen Howard is a Board Member of the Canadian Black Clergy and Allies (CBCA). She is an ordained minister and executive Pastor of Life Changers Church in Toronto. In August 2020, Pastor Caleen was appointed to serve as the Interim District Overseer for the COGIO North York District of Churches. Notably, she is the first female minister to serve in this capacity within the Region.

Caleen is the Founder & Consultant of “True Worship”, a training program for churches, worship teams, and musicians; and the President & Founder of SHINE Teen Girls Association, a mentorship network for teen girls. She is also an Author, Conference Speaker, Recording Artist, with a number of books and music releases.

“Pastor C”, as she is affectionately called, is married to her life-long husband Bishop Dr. Shawn Howard, and they have co-authored the book “7 Love Keys to a Successful Marriage”.  They are the proud parents of three beautiful children, Malachi, Caleb, and Jordynn-Renée.
