Bishop Parke serves as one of the executive Board Members for the Canadian Black Clergies & Allies (CBCA). Currently he is serving as the Administrative Bishop for The Triumphant Churches of God in Canada, and the senior pastor for the Canadian headquarters church, one Elrose Avenue. Prior to his present assignment, he served for 15 years as the General Overseer for the Triumphant Churches of God internationally. During his tenure as General Overseer, he travelled extensively to Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean Islands, and North America.

He is the author of two books and several booklets, and currently working on his third volume.

Dr. Parke is married to his beautiful wife Beryl, who gave him four noble children and one grandchild.
